In December 2023, Hawk Logistics finalised its acquisition of AR Logistics, including AR’s 100+ vehicles and a depot in Adelaide, South Australia.

The move is part of Hawk Logistics’ strategy to grow its network, especially into Western Australia and the Northern Territory, further enhancing its supply chain capabilities. 

“Adding AR Logistics to our team will help us accelerate our growth and expand into new areas of Australia, which we know will help our customers grow in parallel,” Hawk Logistics CEO, Miguel Vitug said.
